芝士公园,宁波 / 纬图设计机构

宁波日报报业大厦位于宁波最核心区三江口之上,原为报业集团办公使用,业主方通过租赁方式与报业集团合作,将此项目从办公改为商用。目标是针对不同年龄段的各类培训业态,打造一个全品类多业态的城市学习综合体,并结合音乐厅打造宁波最具影响力的素质教育培训集成平台。

项目命名为“芝士公园”(Cheese Park),以英文“芝士”谐音中文“知识”,意欲以知识的力量撬动宁波这座知识城市。旧改项目都是带着镣铐跳舞,而办公改商业则需要舞者有更灵活的腾挪转身,才能在限制中找到自由,在约束下引爆力量。

Ningbo Daily Newspaper Building is located above Sanjiangkou, the core area of Ningbo. It was originally used by the Newspaper Group for office use. The owner cooperated with the Newspaper Group through a lease to change the project from office to commercial. The goal is to create an all-category and multi-format urban learning complex for various types of training formats of different ages, and to build the most influential integrated platform for quality education and training in Ningbo with the Concert Hall.

Named “Cheese Park”, the project uses the English “cheese” homophonic Chinese “knowledge” and intends to use the power of knowledge to move the knowledge city of Ningbo. The old reform projects were dancing with shackles, while the office reform business required dancers to have more flexibility to turn around in order to find freedom in the restrictions and detonate power under the constraints.

基地原南侧广场作为两层停车场使用,最近的停车位离音乐厅入口里面不超过20米;北侧灵桥正在封闭维护当中,临时搭建的辅桥几乎占据了建筑北侧的整个广场。我们开始对原有场地对解剖。所谓“痛则不通,通则不痛”,原有场地最大的痛点就在不通。原建筑周边的户外场地几乎完全被停车场占据,且各方进入都颇多隔阂;车流成为了场地的主角,导致人流无法顺利的流动起来。一层,车是场地的主角,东西南北皆难以交流;二层,只有停车,连配角都没有了。如此的阻碍不通,何来的商业活力?

The original square on the south side of the base is used as a two-story parking lot. The nearest parking space is no more than 20 meters from the entrance of the concert hall. The north side Lingqiao is being closed for maintenance. We started to dissect the original site. The so-called “pain is unreasonable and general is not painful”, the biggest pain point of the original venue is unreasonable. The outdoor space around the original building is almost completely occupied by the parking lot, and there is a lot of barriers for all parties to enter; the traffic flow has become the protagonist of the site, resulting in a smooth flow of people. On the first floor, the car is the protagonist of the venue, and it is difficult to communicate between the east, the west and the south. On the second floor, there is only parking, and there is no supporting role. With such obstacles, where does the commercial vitality come from?

首先,我们对停车场进行全方位改造。把这六七千方的场地,变成一个有鲜明主题的公园,以它的激情活力与参与度,让它本身就成为一个目的地。同时让它和市政公园连成一体,在功能和形式上都形成互补。三级台地的高差更是设计改造的关键点。

First of all, we carried out a comprehensive transformation of the parking lot. This six-seven-thousand-square-square venue has been turned into a park with a distinctive theme. With its passion and participation, it has become a destination in itself. At the same time, it is integrated with the municipal park to form a complement in function and form. The height difference of the third-level platform is the key point of design and transformation.

其次,将南北人流打通。北侧的广场在灵桥修复完成后需要复原成一个有聚合引力的人流接口,并快速引入商业内部,南侧将临街面开口拓宽,车道隐形,把人的体验放在首位。东西向原车行入口改人行通道,与河滨的入口呼应形成条通廊,增加一层内部商业的人流引入。在西南角切掉一部分地库,把原本阻挡的界面变成了一个接纳性广场空间,利用喇叭口的引力将人流吸入一层内街商业。

The east-west direction of the original car dealership was changed into a pedestrian passageway, which echoed the riverfront entrance to form a corridor, adding a layer of internal commercial flow of people. Cut off a part of the basement at the southwest corner, and turn the originally blocked interface into a receptive square space. The gravity of the bell mouth is used to draw the pedestrian flow into the inner street business.

场地大的脉络梳理通畅之后,接下来要为她赋予其个性的形象颜色。场地的形色有赖于使用人群自身的形色。素质教育培训集成平台的定位,帮我们定义了这个场所人群的特征——从婴幼儿到青少年为主体,以及学习型家长和职场提升年轻人。这群年轻活力的使用者决定了这里的风景必然是温暖的、明艳的、鲜活的;他们的行为特征也决定了空间的必须是互动的,融入的,高度参与的。

场地脉络通畅,人群形色清晰之后,我们开始了景观空间的重构。重构之后的每一个痛点都完成了她的华丽转身。一个场地的辨识度,会决定它在人群中的记忆度和传播度。个性鲜明,易于传播,是我们要去塑造的深度场地特征。于是在形色之下,我们试着为场所注入它的独特性。

After the large context of the venue is combed and unblocked, the next step is to give her an image color. The shape of the venue depends on the shape of the users themselves. The positioning of the integrated platform for quality education and training helped us define the characteristics of the crowd in this place-from infants to young people as the main body, as well as learning parents and young people in the workplace. This group of young and dynamic users determines that the scenery here must be warm, bright and vivid; their behavior characteristics also determine that the space must be interactive, integrated and highly involved.

After the site was smooth and the crowd was clear, we began to reconstruct the landscape space.Every pain point after refactoring completed her gorgeous turn. The recognition of a site will determine its memory and transmission in the crowd. Clear personality and easy dissemination are the characteristics of the deep site we are going to shape. So under all circumstances, we try to inject its uniqueness into the place.

芝士猫
Cheese cat

万科把案名定义为芝士公园,并为这个公园创作了一位形象代言人芝士猫。我们以空间的形式,构建了这只芝士猫,一个由钢管和钢网构成的棱角分明的块和面结合的大型构筑物,有着猫咪的三角形尖尖耳朵以及大眼睛,两只大眼睛刚好形成了滑梯下滑的出口和绳索攀爬的入口——它本身就是一个游乐场。有颜值有个性,如果还有内涵,还有什么理由不爱上它?于是我们要芝士猫绝不只是会卖萌耍酷还必须要能传播知识才不浪得虚名。

趣重力乐园
Fun gravity paradise

树上落下一颗苹果,有人看到苹果,有人看到秋天,而牛顿看到重力。在原状保留的两块顶板与南侧水池场地三个台面之间,我们也看到了重力。于是我们为芝士猫找到了她的知识内涵,于是有了趣重力乐园、水重力乐园。阿基米德说:“给我一个支点,我可以撬起整个地球”。我们结合场地的特点,找到了“重力”这个知识点来尝试撬动孩子们未来浩大的知识系统。

重力塔、重力拉索、体重吊环等多种与重力相关的力学游戏器械,让孩子们体验失重、超重、离心力、向心力、自由落体、能量转换,摩擦力等各种力学知识的存在。我们甚至还尝试通过漩涡状的铺装及特定的体验点模拟引力场的感受,将这类高深的知识也变得直观可以体验。

Gravity towers, gravity cables, weight rings, and other gravity-related mechanical game devices allow children to experience the existence of various mechanical knowledge such as weightlessness, overweight, centrifugal force, centripetal force, free fall, energy conversion, and friction. We have even tried to simulate the feeling of gravitational field through swirling paving and specific experience points, so that such advanced knowledge can be intuitively experienced.

水重力乐园
Water gravity paradise

借用原桥头公园里保留下来的水景,我们在这里延展出了各种各样的水重力游戏,水压游戏、戏水阀门、压力水盘、宇宙水环、重力水玩等等,让孩子们在玩中对水有了更多的认识也对水重力有了更多的体验。

Borrowing the water features preserved in the original bridgehead park, we have extended a variety of water gravity games, water pressure games, water play valves, pressure water pans, cosmic water rings, gravity water play, etc. for children Having more understanding of water and more experience of water gravity during play.

除了这个以“重力”为支点的主题乐园,结合城市的滨水界面桥头空间等,我们也对原有市民生活依托与这片土地的各种行为进行了分析,希望新的设计不是割断他们与原有生活模式的关系,而是强化他们日常行为的体验并给到他们更丰富完整的记忆。

从报业大厦到芝士公园,经过一系列的解剖、梳理、重构,我们终于让这块城市中心的土地又重新焕发出璀璨的光芒和无限的活力。
