由筑博设计的吴江经济技术开发区人民医院位于苏州吴江经济技术开发区庞东路东侧、东太湖大道南侧，甘泉东路以北。是一所集医疗、科研、教学、预防保健功能为一体的综合性公立医院。规划核定床位1000张，是辐射吴江区乃至苏州周边地区极为重要的民生工程之一。
The People’s Hospital of Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone designed by Zhu Bo is located in the east side of Pang Dong Road, Wujiang Economic and technological Development Zone, Suzhou, south side of East Taihu Avenue and north of Ganquan East Road. It is a comprehensive public hospital integrating medical treatment, scientific research, teaching, prevention and health care. It is one of the most important livelihood projects to radiate Wujiang District and even the surrounding areas of Suzhou.

“S”型构图形成两大广场
Two plazas created by the buildings arranged in S-shape
建筑设计采用了“S”型的体块扭转的手法在场地内布局形成了内外两大广场空间：一个环抱的入口广场以及一个静怡的后勤区内院，在解决“动”、“静”分区的同时也为不同属性得使用者创造了宜人的建筑空间体验。内部场地安静且私密，带给使用人群沉浸于花园空间的体验感。外部广场的公共性和开放行，方便对于密集人流的疏散。
The architectural design adopts the “S-shaped” block twist method to form two large square Spaces inside and outside the site: an enclosed entrance square and a quiet logistics area courtyard, which not only solves the “dynamic” and “static” zones, but also creates pleasant architectural space experience for users with different properties. The inner site is quiet and private, giving the user a sense of immersion in the garden space. The public nature and open line of the external square facilitate the evacuation of the dense crowd.

医院集中设置一栋高层住院病房楼，门急诊、医技围绕中心园林庭院布局，行政办公、科研教学、后勤布置于场地南侧。各功能通过立体屋顶人行步道相互联系。
The hospital is centrally located in a high-rise inpatient ward building, with outpatient, emergency and medical technology arranged around the central garden and courtyard, administrative offices, scientific research and teaching, and logistics arranged on the south side of the site. Each function is connected with each other through a three-dimensional roof pedestrian walkway.

立面设计
Facade design
建筑造型现代典雅，强调带型窗与铝板幕墙横向分隔，虚实比例与环境的协调，既使建筑单体严谨，又使整个医院建筑风格完整统一。建筑构件与材料、色彩的选择与造型追求简洁，利用简单设计元素，体现实用、大方原则，兼具现代主义的特色。
The architectural modeling is modern and elegant, emphasizing the horizontal separation between the belt window and the aluminum curtain wall, and the coordination between the virtual and real proportion and the environment, which not only makes the single building rigorous, but also makes the whole architectural style of the hospital complete and unified. The selection and modeling of architectural components, materials and colors pursue simplicity, and the use of simple design elements reflects practical and generous principles, as well as features of modernism.

活动场地再创造
Recreate activity spaces
为解决运动场地不足的局限条件，在建筑裙房屋顶面设置了“立体化的治愈空间”，并利用坡度引导人群便捷到达，为园内各类人群提供提供花园空间。立体的景观步道通过设计手段形成的不同坡度、坡向的二层高人行步道，可由地面通过缓坡漫步至2层10M标高屋顶绿化。设计借用现代园林的设计方法赋予空间个性，成为步行时的观赏空间。
In order to solve the limited condition of insufficient sports field, “three-dimensional healing space” is set on the top of the building skirt house, and the slope is used to guide the crowd to conveniently arrive, providing garden space for all kinds of people in the park. Three-dimensional landscape footpaths are two-storey high footpaths with different slope and slope directions formed by means of design, which can walk from the ground through gentle slope to the two-storey 10M elevation roof greening. The design borrows the modern garden design method to endue the space individuality, becomes the viewing space when walking.

步道强调多尺度的空间组合，是贯穿整个医院的脉络，将整个医院联系起来，使得病患和医务人员既可以通过室内医疗主街步行至各区域，又可以在室外二层人行系统到达各区域，屋顶即是地面。
The footpath emphasizes the multi-scale spatial combination and connects the whole hospital, so that patients and medical staff can walk to each area through the main indoor medical street and reach each area through the outdoor two-storey pedestrian system. The roof is the ground.

科学的模块化设计
Scientific modular design
打破传统的“王”、“工”字型的布局方式，将门诊，医技的科室单元按其功能、使用的紧密程度组合布置，从而缩短诊疗流线提升医疗流程的高效性。将医院各个功能进行体量的拆分，有效削弱建筑体量，减少建筑对人心理的压迫感。同时各个建筑单体功能清晰，避免人流混杂。
The traditional layout of “king” and “work” is broken, and the department units of outpatient service and medical technology are combined and arranged according to their functions and the intensity of use, so as to shorten the diagnosis and treatment flow line and improve the efficiency of the medical process. The separation of the hospital’s various functions can effectively weaken the building volume and reduce the pressure of the building on human psychology. At the same time, the function of each single building is clear, avoid the crowd mixed.

关注体验-光线与空间
Focus on experience – Light and Space
设计在各个建筑空间植入绿色光井。植入的中心园林景观庭院，访客围绕着亲近自然、明亮舒缓的核心空间等候，缓解紧张、焦虑的情绪。此外，在二层步行平台上，根据不同功能需要，设置了形态各异大小不同的采光天窗，将自然的阳光引入室内公共空间，给予平和舒缓的就医环境。
Green light Wells are implanted in each building space. The implanted central garden landscape courtyard allows visitors to wait around a bright and soothing core space close to nature, relieving tension and anxiety. In addition, on the second floor walking platform, different skylights of different shapes and sizes are set according to different functional needs to introduce natural sunlight into the indoor public space, providing a peaceful and soothing medical environment.

设计为各个功能场所赋予契合的形态，塑造具有亲和力的医院形象，营造自然、平和的医疗环境。医院的内在与外在共同呼应“人”内心向往舒适、自然的心境。
The design entrusts the fit form for each functional place, shapes the image of the hospital with affinity, and creates a natural and peaceful medical environment. The inner and outer parts of the hospital echo the inner comfort and natural state of mind of “people”.

传承与现代共融的医院场所
Hospital combining traditional and modern elements
基于建设地区的高新背景特征，设计带有现代设计的简洁风格，融合本地山水园林特征的景观元素，创造治疗、人文、疗养的场所。去除现代社会的浮躁与拥挤，让医疗场所回归医者仁心、关怀的本质。
Based on the characteristics of the high-tech background of the construction area, the design has a concise style with modern design, and combines the landscape elements with the characteristics of local landscape gardens to create a place for treatment, culture and recuperation. Remove impetuous and crowded modern society, let the medical place return to the essence of benevolence and care.
