场地梳理

Site Analysis

尺度认知 Scale Recognition

项目设计面积3,600平方米，有一半的面积落在未来大区的用地红线外，场地南侧是一条待建的规划道路。形象界面的处理方式，以及较为局促的成本，将会给我们的设计带来挑战。

This project covers 3,600 square meters, half of which is outside the red line of the future region, and the south side of the site is a planned road to be built. The way the image interfaces are handled and the relatively cramped budget will bring challenges to our design.

气质打造

Temperament shaping

山水之间，是水墨的肆意潇洒，以自然诠释逍遥自在，承载中华人文的审美精神。苏州园林，更是千年富贵景致，以景叙述天地造化，涂抹中国人居的艺术意蕴。

Between the mountains and rivers, there are the wanton ink and wash, which interprets the carefree and comfort with nature, and carries the aesthetic spirit of Chinese humanities. Suzhou gardens are even more of a thousand-year-old rich and noble scenery, narrating the good fortune of the world with “Jing”, smearing the artistic connotation of Chinese traditional residence .

设计策略

Design Strategy

从地域文化出发，挖掘吴江当地人文风景，提炼其中元素，让这些文化片段融入场地气质中，形成项目的品牌风格。效仿东方园林层层递进的院落式空间布局，小中见大，分段有序地进行打造。

Starting from the regional culture, excavate the local cultural landscape of Wujiang, refine its elements, and integrate these cultural fragments into the temperament of the site to form the brand and style of the project. Following the step-by-step courtyard-style spatial layout of oriental gardens, seeing the big from the small, and manufacture in an orderly manner.

三重门户徐徐而立，设计将曲径通幽之境展现在方寸之间。

The triple portal stands orderly, and the design shows the winding path and secluded realm between square inches.

在中国人居里面，这种仪式是方圆间伸展的姿态，是层层递进的景致路程。

In the Chinese traditional residence, this kind of ritual is a gesture of stretching within the circles, and it is a progressive scenic journey.

以小见大，曲径通幽处，仿佛在园外天地，开一扇窗扉，窥见园内景色。

Seeing the big from the small, the winding path leads to the secluded spot, as if you are outside the garden. Opening a window, see the scenery in the garden.

现在与过去交相辉映在水面之中，自然相融，生机盎然。

The present and the past reflect each other in the water, blending naturally with vitality.

灵感源自“浮桥”

历史的背影渐行渐远，

但历史赋予苏州的性格和底蕴一直延伸。

江南文脉跋涉千年，

而我们用设计传承，创新，

让姑苏从历史里“走出来”。

The figure of history fades away,

Nevertheless, the character and heritage endowed by history in Suzhou has been extended.

Jiangnan culture has voyaged thousands of years,

And we use design to inherit, innovate,

To let Gusu "walk out" from history.

我们惊喜的发现江厍西路南侧的顾家荡河，水质较为清澈。岸边植被只需稍加梳理打造，就可以很好的借其天然的水岸人家之景融入到本案中。

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the water quality of Gujiadang River, located on the south side of Jiangshe West Road, was relatively clear. The vegetation on the shore only needs to be moderately sorted and shaped, and it can easily incorporate into this project by taking advantage of its existing waterfront residence scenery.
