在2019世警会中作为世界了解成都的窗口并极具文化特色的主题公园——成都天府消防大队基地 “天府新区消防文化公园”景观升级改造方案由蓝海设计负责，7月下旬园区已通过审核并投入使用。除了达成支持赛事顺利举办的首要目标，设计团队同样注重实现其长期目标：通过公园的形式融合多种功能，提供多元化的体验，经由消防主题的情境感染与场景设计，让居民在日常休闲生活中获取更多消防知识，在耳濡目染中了解消防历史沿革、增强民众消防安全意识、提高火灾防控能力。
As a window for the world to understand Chengdu in the World Police and Firefighters Games in 2019 and a theme park with cultural characteristics, the landscape upgrading and renovation scheme of “Fire Culture Park in Tianfu New Area” of Chengdu Tianfu Fire Brigade Base is undertaken by BSED. In late July, the park was approved and put into use. In addition to the primary goal of successfully holding the event, the design team also focuses on achieving its long-term goals: integrating various functions in the form of the park, providing diversified experience, helping residents learn more fire knowledge in their daily leisure life through the fire-themed situation infection and scene design, understanding the history of fire-fighting by what they constantly see and hear, enhancing people’s awareness of fire safety, and improving the ability of fire prevention and control.

入口广场处银色缎带雕塑寓意生命之水，与《生命之门》雕塑群形成情感呼应，知识互动墙、二维码场景体验等消防科普设施使人顿感身临其境心生敬意。线条、棱体、方形、标语等一切象征坚硬厚重的元素在追逐光影的时光连廊中慢慢变得柔和，最终情绪在无数椭圆包围的心声雨水花园里，逐渐变得沉静温暖。
The silver ribbon sculpture at the entrance plaza symbolizes the water of life, and echoes emotionally with the sculpture group of “The Gate of Life”. Fire science popularization facilities (knowledge interactive wall, two-dimensional code scene experience, etc.) make people feel personally immersed and awe-stricken. All the elements (lines, prisms, squares, slogans, etc.) that symbolize hardness and heaviness slowly soften in the corridor of time of light and shadow. Finally, the mood of visitors gradually becomes quiet and temperate in the heart-shaped rainwater garden surrounded by innumerable ellipses.

设计团队将场地的高差地势和丰富的地形条件进行立体分析，沿市政道路布局形成“X”型分区，利用丰富的现代化技术手段及设施设备展现园区四大主题：“学识”——消防知识、“感知”——生态技术、“玩乐”——消防营地、“运动”——康体健身，以充分满足消防教育、周边居民、学校研学、休闲游玩等民众对园区差异化的使用需求。从北到南依次为入口广场区、消防历史广场、科普教育区，形成一条完整连续的主题文化动线，打造沉浸式的游览体验，以寓教于乐的场景营造展现园区的消防主题文化，进而提升整体园区品质。

The design team carried out a three-dimensional analysis of the elevation and rich terrain conditions of the site, laid out “X” zones along the municipal roads, and displayed the four themes of the park through abundant modern technical means, facilities and equipment: “knowledge” – fire-fighting knowledge, “perception” – ecological technology, “entertainment” – fire-fighting camps. “sports” – Physical fitness, thus fully satisfying the different needs of the public for the use of the park, such as fire education, surrounding residents, school studies, leisure activities, etc. From north to south, there are entrance plaza area, fire history plaza and popular science education area in turn, forming a complete and continuous theme culture line, creating immersive tour experience, creating and displaying the fire-themed culture in the park with an edutainment scene, thus improving the overall quality of the park.

设计团队不仅是在完成一个主题公园的设计提升，更致力于呈现一片城市中的绿洲，一座代表天府特色、与时俱进、极具人文关怀的生态休闲公园。园区内建立了完善的排污及雨水收集系统，绿道、透水铺装、生态树池、植草沟、生态石笼等防洪生态设施在园区内大面积运用，花树占比58.2%，绿地率高达67.81%，目之所及犹如山林般郁郁葱葱绿意盎然。
The design team is not only upgrading the design of a theme park, but also presenting an oasis in the city, an ecological leisure park that keeps pace with the times with Chengdu characteristics and humanistic care. A complete sewage system and rainwater collection system have been established in the park, and flood control ecological facilities (greenway, permeable pavement, ecological tree pool, grass planting ditch, ecological gabion, etc.) are widely used in the park. Flowers and trees accounted for 58.2% of the total, and the greening rate reached 67.81%. Everywhere is as lush and green as mountain forests.

Chengdu is rich in beautiful scenery and excellent talents. The construction of Park City is an important strategic plan for the development of Chengdu in the new era. It is the urban expression of the new development concept, the inheritance and innovation of urban civilization, and has extremely rich connotation of the times. In the design of the case, BSED fully considered the current hard demand and long-term development needs of the times, and built up the future-oriented strategic capabilities and competitive advantages of Chengdu, providing Chengdu case for better satisfying people’s longing for a better life in the era of ecological civilization.
